This September I will be entering the final year following my *triumphant* return to University to finish my Undergraduate degree. My Baccalaureate education has been an interesting yet protracted journey that began as far back as the mid 90's, having attending 2 other Universities before I joined UBC. When I originally left University to enter the IT workforce at the height of demand during the Dot Com boom and Y2K, it turned out to be a highly lucrative move.




I'm Currently a student at the UBC (University of British Columbia), studying Computer Science. This summer I'm on campus doing research, working with Laks Lakshmanan in the Data Mining and Management Lab. We are studying topics covering OLAP on Probablistic Data, specifically looking at ways to use Possible Worlds Semantics to compute the Expected values of Aggregate operators.
